DIC used AIOS/Hermes to OCR-index 92 failed Calibre books into Obsidian and SQLite FTS, creating 22.9m searchable characters and 10,506 chunks.

Continuity proof format

For every client: screenshots, DNS/mail/web checks, restore-test results, risk register, and executive summary.

Before/after workflow proof

Manual report → AIOS generated report. Scattered meeting notes → CRM tasks and follow-up drafts. Human approves before external action.
